Password and Log Out

I dont know how to Log Out and I forgot my Password So I cant play SBCG4AP.

Can someone help me on these?

Log out on the top right of the website under the "cog" symbol (there's a link that says "Log Out")

And then, I guess, you can ask for a password reminder/reset when you next go to log in.

Well I figured out how to log out but I dont know where this Email Reminder is at.
