CD shipped to wrong adress

Well, I was wondering why the Season 2 of Sam and Max was taking a while to come, I just put all the blame on the fact I live in the UK. So yesterday I checked the shipping address, everything is right including the post code but the House number. It's 127 instead of 137. So is there a way to find if it's arrived yet. I'll probably go to 127 in a second to ask if they can bring it to me when it comes, I'll show them to the invoice as well.

But once again, is there a way to find if it has come yet?

I don't live in the UK, so I am not familiar with the postal services over there, but if you have a parcel number you should be able to trace the package online from the postal service's (Royal Mail, is it?) homepage. If not, calling the postal service might be the best thing to do.

Going to 127 and asking about it is probably the best thing to do for now. :) If it never shows up or if it gets returned to sender, we will make sure you get a replacement.

Went to 127, they said it came 11 days ago, they gave it back to the post service. Which shipped it back to you. So the game is probably with you by now or it's coming soon :D
Hopefully the replacement comes quick. Everything in the address is fine but the number, which should be 137.

I haven't heard anything back about a return, but that's not too surprising since it has to come all the way across the pond. I'll go ahead and place a reship order for you (to #137!). It won't ship immediately since the DVD orders are being shipped in the order they're placed, but you will get an email when it ships out.

Not to cause more problems but, how long does the DVD normally take to arrive? Since it's been 13 days.

The post office says 10-14 business days, but in reality it sometimes takes up to 4-5 weeks. Don't worry yet. ;)
