I just discovered how great this show is/was a few days ago. How sad is that?
This show just screams adventure game and reminds me a bit of Day Of The Tentacle.
Anyways, If Sam & Max ever had another animated series, I'd definatly push for the art and really edgy humour that this show has. It's a Nicktoon, yeah, but from what I've seen so far.... Zim has ripped another kids eyes out in one episode, and went harvesting kids organs to stuff inside himself so he could pass off for a human physical in another.

Did I mention the show is beautiful to look at?

To be fair, asking the guy behind Johnny the Homicidal Maniac to make a kid's show maybe wasn't the wisest move to begin with.

Nick and Jhonen agreed on cancellation because ratings were low and Jhonen wanted creative freedom. So technically, you would have to strangle the creator.

Great show...I remember watching it on nick.Wierd but GREAT!!!
The best episode was the one where Zim is going door to door selling
candy for school!I still remember POOP DOG(the mascot of the poop cola commercials)
Recently I bought all 3 seasons of it...Its sad there was olny 3 seasons...(sniff)

Oddly enough, the network approached him to make a series. Why they did that is beyond me. The show is brilliant, but was just asking for the banhammer.
