Trouble activating Culture Shock

I haven't been able to activate Culture Shock on my machine. I have activated all the other episodes (Season 1 and 2). Initially I downloaded Culture Shock from www.gamershell.com, but when it wouldn't activate I uninstalled and downloaded the version from the "My Games" page on the Telltale website. However, after installing it that it wouldn't activate either. I'm running Vista x64.

I have sent an email to support about manual activation but is there a better solution?

What does it say when you try to activate?

"CONNECTION_ERROR" was the message, and it advised me to contact support about manually unlocking. Support responded to my email with my code, so I'm able to play now. Thanks.
