Am i right to be afraid?

Hi guys. I live in Canada, and my package got shipped August 27, 2008, without a tracking number for some reasons...
I'm still waiting. It seems like an awful long time for delivery of my Season 2 DVD + couple of Extra's... I'm just wondering if any of you guys had experiences where it takes as long to get stuff. When i usually order stuff online, it is never that long. Am i paranoid? :P

There actually are no tracking options for international orders which is why you didn't receive a tracking number. As for the time it takes it can be a couple of weeks sometimes. If you haven't received it by next Friday send in an email to support@telltalegames.com and we can look into replacement options.

Well... USPS packages don't have tracking numbers internationally anyway. FedEx does, but the prices are pretty serious.

That said, it's only been 5 business days since your order shipped, so it definitely might take another couple of days to arrive, depending on the whims of customs..

It is seriously paranoia inducing to have my beloved merchandise in the hands of some complete strangers. I'll wait a couple more days as suggested. Thx.

Please give it a few more weeks. :) It usually takes about two weeks to Canada, but can sometimes take 4-5. We'll make sure you get your merchandise if it doesn't show up but we can't really do anything until it's been that long.
