We've set up this area to post about any technical problems you're having running Sam & Max.
However, since Sam & Max is only available inside GameTap right now, we might not be able to help you with the problem you're having. The best way to get help with GameTap is through their support link (www.gametap.com/help) or by calling customer service at 1-866-722-5295. (Yesterday I said they would be monitoring this forum - it turns out that's not the case.)
Please keep Sam & Max hint requests here (http://www.telltalegames.com/forum/listthreads?forum=17), whether you're playing the game on GameTap or not. Thanks!
