All decals?

So, I went into Ice Station Santa, and decided to get all the decals, which I did. Then, I go into Moai Better Blues, and non eof the upgrades from 201 are there. Do I need to start new game in all of them for it to work? Or, can I just go into my previously made games and then continue?

What I mean: I got them in 201. Now, to see them in 202, do I have to start over?

DeSoto upgrades from previous games are checked up on whenever you start a new game, so you need to start a new game for your current upgrades to carry over.

I think that you could conceivably max them out in each episode with your existing savegames, and then only just start a new game in episode five, and the current state of your upgrades from episodes 1-4 will carry over to five.
