Like I need to build homestar's army? How?

You need to draft 5 characters in order to proceed through marzistan.

Hint 1:You get 4 of them by conquering the other 5 nations (Strong Mad and The Cheat count as 1 character for some reason)
Hint 2:To get the fifth draftee, you need to get Homestar to spin the draft wheel behind the model UN
Hint 3:Only one of the persons on the draft wheel can be drafted into the Homestarmy. You need to manipulate the draft wheel to make sure that person gets drafted
Hint 4:There is a connection between the Model UN displays and the characters on the draft wheel

No matter what, whenever I put Tony Stony in the empty slot it lands the wheel on Homestar...what is the trick to getting it to land on Coach Z?

Nevermind...I figured out that the empty one isn't the only one you can place Tony into!!!
