csi 3 dimensions

I have just brought csi 3 dimensions have installed onto computer but won't play keeps bringing up message "security module cannot be activated" can anyone help as I do'nt know what to do :x

I'm pretty sure this has something to do with the copy protection on the game, which is something Ubisoft needs to help you with.
