I just finished Episode 2 but I havent called Strong Sad all the names, is there anyway to do this in extended play? I dont wanna have to start a new game!

No, as said above, (and for a few other reasons) most of the strong sad insults have to be completed in Story mode.

But as a consolation (to make your second play through a lot easier), there is a page detailing how to achieve the highest awesomeness rank possible.
