There are finally some official screens(I know they were in Nintendo Power, but this is for people who don't subscribe) up on this website.

I sure as hell hope that there's a target-locking system, because this isn't the normal GTA 3D perspective, but not the old top-down either.If you haven't played the first two, the shooting controls are HORRIFIC!!!!If you don't believe me, play one yourself (http://rockstargames.com/classics/gta.html).
EDIT: Now I see there is a locking system.I AM BUYING THIS GAME.
