So far I've found 9 out of 12 collectibles and figured I'd list them and how to get them (with spoilers, if I can get them to work)

Shot Glasses
1.Larry Palaroncini - Click on the luxa lounger in the living room of the House of Strong
2.Gary Palaroncini - Use the metal detector in front of Marzipan's house.
3.Perry Palaroncini - Use the Microphone in the front yard of the House of Strong.
4.Mary Palaroncini - Click on the dead fish in the pond at Two-o Duo's stage.

Band Poster
1.Cool Tapes - Click on the left locker at The Track.
2.Two-o Duo - Use the metal detector at Bubs' stand.
3.Pom Pom - Use the Microphone at Club T-C
4.D.O.I. - Use the metal detector at the D.O.I. stage.

Manual Pages
1.Cover - Use the "Doin' the Wigglie" record on the Club T-C turntable.
2.Dedications - Use the Microphone at the Cool Tapes stage.
3.Lyrics - Click on the light switch in the computer room at the House of Strong
4.Back Cover - Unfortunately, I don't remember how to get this one, help appreciated.

Obviously, I'm missing tons of info, so I'm relying on you to post more for me to edit in post-haste.

You get the manual pages in order regardless of where you look. For example, I did Doin' the Wiggle last, and got the autographed real-life Babelien model back cover

Hey Holyxion. the perry glass is gotten by singing in front of SB's house and the
cool tapes poster is gotten by looking in each of the lockers in the locker
room. Hope this helps.

One of those manual pages is gotten by flicking on the lightswitch (not the rave switch) in SB's computer room.

Perry's glass is gotten by singing outside Strong Bad's House, while Gary's is gotte ny digging outside Marzipan's house.

You only have to click on the very left locker.

Since I haven't seen one post with everything altogether yet, and this one is the closest so far, I figured I'd toss a few of these other things in here:

Costume Items
1. Leopard Print Pants - Click the couch in the Strong's basement
2. ʎɥsoןs shirt - Use the microphone in the Strong's laundry room
3. Hollywood Boulevards - Use the metal detector near the picket fence in the field
4. Headband - Use the microphone near the brick wall in the field

Strong Bad Abuse:
1. Click the Microwave in the Strong's kitchen
2. Click the Lappy's plug in Strong Bad's room
3. Give Marzipan the fake sword
4. Talk to Strong Sad at the Battle of the Bands
5. Use the bleach on the pond at the Two-O-Duo stage
