Anyone know Steve Purcell's date of birth?

I'm looking into improving the Wikipedia article on Steve Purcell, which is a little basic at present. However, I can't find Purcell's date of birth anywhere, the closest I can get is that he was born in the 60s (http://www.worldofmi.com/features/interview/purcell.php). Does anyone know his date of birth? Although the full day and month would be nice, all I need as a minimum is the year.
