Based on statements by RTS
The idea is to plan a movie as a team with various stars playing you. Each film will be composed of 10 short segments of stories on the forum.
EX.
The Antirikurox project
Plot: Antiriku has planned to bring his idol back to the forums.
Genre: Comedy
Starring: Fred as Antiriku,

No, you're suppost to make a segment of your own Starring whomever you want with your own plot. After the 10 segments are made the other Forummers will choose Epic or Fail. [Maybe I should have included the rules]
