somthing's wrong

I just spent over an hour downloading the game after pre-ordering it and as soon as it was done it said it couldn't save under that file and started the download process again. Is there somthing wrong or that I am not doing?

Did it work the second time? What type of internet connection do you have (dial-up, DSL, etc.), and what download speed are you getting?

Also, do you have enough free hard drive space?
