DLL error when playing game after about a minute! help!

I am using windows xp and every other game has run fine from you guys. When i play tutorial or go right to nw game after a few seconds i get a DLL error window that pops up and the game shuts off.

First of all, try redownloading the game just to make sure something didn't go wrong with the download. After that, try turning down your graphics quality in game.
