Need access to the Monkey Island private forum?

I preordered Tales of Monkey Island but when I try to click on the link that was sent in my email for the secret forum it just brings me to my purchases page.

Is the site available yet or is something broken?

I can't access the secret forum either. When follow the link Emily gave in this thread, I encounter an error:

"markotu, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

They get a notification right away, the forums are checked from time to time.

It's difficult for us to deal with this issue when people post about it on the forums. If you pre-ordered and are not seeing the Private Pirates forum, please write to support@telltalegames.com and let us know:

1) Your order number, username, or the email address you used to place the order
2) If you received a confirmation email after placing your order
3) If Tales of Monkey Island shows up on your My Games (http://www.telltalegames.com/mytelltale/purchases) page
4) If you had a forum username before ordering Tales of Monkey Island, or only created one after placing the order

We are working hard to get this issue resolved and to get everyone taken care of. If you haven't received a response from a human being in 48 hours (as opposed to the auto-response, which comes in automatically), please send a PM to David (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/private.php?do=newpm&u=12342) and he can look up your support ticket.
