sam and max xbla wont download

I was just downloading sam and max xbla trial, but it won't download. I tried downloading another trial game and it worked so is there a problem with the title?

It's an issue on Microsoft's end. After yesterday's (16th June 2009) maintenance, it hasn't been possible to download new marketplace content.

Having this same problem as well, hopefully Microsoft will resolve it shortly.
