Changing XBLA version subtitles

I just downloaded the trial version of S&M and before buying it i'd like to know if and how can i change the subtitles language, cause i want them in english (since i'm italian the default language is italian).

To change the subtitle language, you have to change the language of the Xbox I'm afraid.
