Made a booboo

I was given a coupon to receive the S&M Seasone One DVD for free (just the shipping), I used the coupon just to check the final costs through PayPal. When I checked to see if the coupon still worked, it didn't.

I definitely cancelled the order, as £7 hasn't been taken from my account and I have no invoice, confirmation emails etc.

I haven't had a reply from my asking for another coupon, I asked 2 days ago.

I should mention I don't actually have a PayPal account and I was just using the billing form on the PayPal site, so I can't see if the order is just "incomplete" or not.

Whoops, sorry about that - it looks like we missed the email where you requested a new coupon. (Damn you, human error!)

I'm going to send you a PM with a new coupon. For the record, this system's a bit wonky and the coupon is "used" as soon as you enter it into the form and recalculate the price. Please clear your cart and Telltalegames.com cookies before you use the new one, to prevent any weirdness with the new coupon.
