Ever since I got my new computer, none of the installers I've downloaded have worked properly, nor the CD-based installers. I get to the license agreement, and the program suddenly crashes. Suggestions?

The wrappers are all dependent on IE and Javascript all being functioning. Is your IE up to date and do you have any sort of crazy computer security on your new setup?
