Okay, I got the other two little squirts to take a nap but I just don't know what to do with peepers.

Any hints? Please don't give it away though.

I think I understand your hint, but I can't figure out how to find the right person to "pull over". I've tried following cars through red lights and stop signs, but I don't get an option for "ticketing" them for these offensives. If I'm way off base on this one, please let me know. Thanks!

i tried everything .. i can't get peepers down..

Maybe Bosco doesn't want to mention it again due to his paranoia? Just give him the money and he should fix you up.

Hmm... I'm not sure if the option actually goes away in-dialogue, as I just gave him the money as soon as I got it.
