Can't Activate TMI

I have installed and uninstalled TMI now around 4 times. It will not let me activate it. I had some problems with Direct X on my first installation, and I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. I have tried both signing in and the key, but I get an error message for both. Is this common?

Same problem here. Never had a problem loading any other Telltale episodic so I wonder why ToMI isn't working.

Looking through the forums it seems to be a bit of a problem
