SBCG4AP DVD Never Came

I pre-ordered the entire season last October. Earlier this year I paid shipping for the DVD. The site says it shipped June 29th but it still hasn't arrived. The UPS page does not and has not ever work. The tracking number you gave is literally "No Tracking No. Avail".

I gave you the benefit of the doubt until now, but this is getting ridiculous. I love your games, but this is getting on my nerves.

Your mention of no tracking makes me assume you're international. I'm from the UK and I ordered the DVD the day it went up, but it hasn't come yet, so don't fear as you're not the only one waiting.

Yes, what's your location? If you're outside North America, the orders will typically take some time to ship.

In case this info helps anyone at all, who is waiting for international shipping:

I ordered some merchandise from Telltale on July 2nd. After a few days I got a message saying it was shipped on July 3rd. My package arrived yesterday (July 15th). I live in the UK. However SBCG4AP wasn't one of the things I purchased.

But basically just to give a rough idea on how long shipping may possibly take, there's my info for ya. I hope it helps, and gives you an idea of when your package may arrive! :)

I'm in Australia and my Strong Bad Email Disc got to me 8 days after I got the email saying it shipped. However, a giant load of stuff shipped on June 30, but it hasn't come. I suppose it also depends upon the Postal Service Employees attending to the shipment aswell...
