I've earned the right(lol) to serve him drinks, so I figured that I need to serve him the other two drinks that don't sound too pleasant, but that didn't work. Also I have no idea what to do with all the gongs I can shoot that create mini portals...

You're on the right track that you do want to serve him a drink. What's the one thing on Easter Island that all the babies have drunk too much of?

The middle Moai head (the wind moai) will start whistling if you play her a catchy tune.
She can't blow the storm cloud over the fountain of youth, but she does blow it over one of the Bermuda Triangles.
