Hi Joey,

I just checked our support inbox and do not see any emails from you. Maybe they're not reaching us for some reason.

I'm going to look up your order, and I'll send you an email in a couple of minutes with more information.

joey343 11/07/2006 06:25 pm

did u find my order numbers?

Emily 11/07/2006 06:55 pm

Yes, I sent you an email a few minutes after I posted here. Did you get it?

joey343 11/08/2006 01:07 pm

yes i got the email and i emailed u back so what is the latest update can i use this game now did u guys fix the problem with ankh?

Emily 11/08/2006 01:11 pm

Not yet, but we're hoping to have the fix ready today or tomorrow. I'll send you an email when it's fixed.

Emily 11/09/2006 10:46 am

For everyone who was having this problem, it should now be fixed. If your demo has expired, look for "I've already purchased this" and "Activation Support" links on the left side of the screen.

joey343 11/09/2006 01:36 pm

i entered my codes and screenname and stil didnt work what gives?

joey343 11/09/2006 01:44 pm

i keep getting a message there are no more codes for this product and to contact customer service

Emily 11/09/2006 02:48 pm

Okay, this should be fixed now.

If it still doesn't work, click Activation Support and send us your hardware fingerprint so we can send back a manual key.

Mimekiller 11/09/2006 04:27 pm

I just purchased the game, and it wont accept my order number and order password. is it better to just let the demo run out and than put in the password? do I need to send you guys stuff? bleh

Emily 11/09/2006 05:08 pm

I just checked your order, and it looks like the credit card transaction hasn't happened yet, which could be why you're having the problem. (Out of curiosity, did you download using the button at the end of the check-out process?)

Please click Activation Support and send me a PM with your hardware fingerprint. I will send back an activation key that will hopefully resolve the problem.

Mimekiller 11/09/2006 05:15 pm

okay cool, im 99.99 percent sure my card has money on it, unless something really weird happned than yea it should be fine. I have to go to work now but I will figure out all this hardware fingerprint stuff later.

joey343 11/09/2006 06:26 pm

Deck13 (the company that made Ankh) is working on a sequel right now. They're also doing a game called Jack Keane that takes place in the British colony of Cape Town.
