TOMI -hit submit order - get blank page

I've tried three times to buy the full TOMI but each time I hit 'submit order' it brings up a blank page and there is no email to notify me of my purchase. When I look in my cart it says '1 item' (although it's empty now). I've tried to buy using visa and pay pal with no success. What am I doing wrong?

Tried to order SBCG4AP, same problem repeatedly.

The Telltale tech guys are investigating
