Giving Santa the milk

I'm really unsure how to do this. I put the milk and cookies on the tray and knock on the door and say "room" service. No matter where I go though (even inside Sam and Max's room) he either does not take it or just says "YOU TWO!!".

(THIS IS EPISODE 302 BTW, FORGOT TO PUT IT IN THE TITLE)

Dammit. That should have been obvious. That's why he sees you even if you are hiding in your room because you have to be in his room. Clever.
