stuck on real 3, gettin jurgen and the elve to meet
 

I am so stuck on this i have no idea how i get jurgen to stay out of the room for good, and i have read some other threads what is the parchment? i dont know what it is they are on about?

i have dun the toy testin and all that and i been in santas room and all now with every 1 i talk to the speech is grey, i hav completed reel 1 and 2, really stuck please help

I don't know if i'm missing something, but this can help you a little:
You have to find the sarcophagus beneath one of the suitcase piles.
Then you have to get Nefertiti talking with Jurgen (using the Can-o-nuts so she don't see you) and then use the ventriloquist doll on her.
She must convince Jurgen that the anti-vampire curse is inside the sarcophagus.
While Jurgen is searching the curse, tell the elf that Kringle wants to see him

Could you be more specific? I have no clue when one exactly does the whole can trick. Every time I open up the door Jurgen leaves and where ever I do the can trick, nothing happens.

In this case, Sam & Max shouldn't do the Can o' Nuts trick until Nefertiti leaves her train compartment to visit Jurgen. This happens after...
...Sam searches the Mole family's steamer trunk for the missing Toybox. Sam has to give the Moleman a good reason to search the trunk (one of the dialogue options should give you a hint as to what to do.)
