There are two one ways to get her to do it in reel 3. One, more simple way, is to get the Sexo Rejexo (sp?) Hex cast upon you. After that, you simply talk to her. The other only way is to show the letter to the father moleman, which is not quite as simple, as you need to get that out of Jurgen's compartment. After you show the letter to the father, if you need Cow Max again, just talk to Nefretitti and remind her of the letter.

EDIT: Checked and it was wrong, so fixed.

I don't think you can get milk simply by getting cursed with the Sexo Rejexo Hex. Therefore, do it the other way.
