I have sent an email concerning an address change on the 10th of June, and still have not heard any response email except for the default mail": "Your Telltale support issue has been received [issue-32085]"
I sent another mail on the 17th, also no response.
Since it has been several weeks now, the time has come to take it to the forums ;)
I would suggest posting in this thread as well.
Make sure you add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe list!
