Stuck in the Warehouse
 

Hi,

Does anyone know the average time for packages being sent out once they reach the warehouse? My order's been stuck on:

"Your order has been submitted to our warehouse and will ship soon. Please check back later for shipping info."

Since at least the 29th of June.....

Getting a little worried now!

I would say it would ship out this week. You might want to edit out that order number: the staff can easily check your order status without it.

Some people have recieved there orders without that ever changing.

PS.. bow ties ARE cool. So too are fezes ;)

It gets incredibly annoying after a while. Every time i here a car go past, or a door slamming, i jump to the window to see if it's a parcelforce van, or whatever!
