Is there somebody working to fix a major bug?

So it is already a month that I spent my money for this game, not been able to play it beacuse of a bug (no sound, no font on non-engish OS), started a ticket and no news. Is there somebody actually working to fix this bug?

Is this the issue with the Mac version discussed here? Because that was fixed. If not, post your issue in the support forum where you're more likely to get a response. And it's usually a good idea to include system information in support requests.

No, it is based on Windows Vista x64. I didn't post all the details because I started a ticket a month ago and since then I didn't receive any update.
