Isn't that picture in the 'Surfin' the Highway' book?

Yes it is. Telltale also sold a print of it a couple of years back.

I saw this in an issue of "Spectrum" a while ago. I finally got where the pictures in Mama Bosco's lab in Season 3 came from.
