BTTF Downloading Problem
 

So, I bought the whole BTTF series, and I'm trying to download the first episode, but every time I try, my modem goes offline during the download at some point. I've tried the download on all the computers in our house and they do the same thing, and all signs point to the attempted BTTF download somehow kicking us offline. anyone know what might be causing this?
