hi could someone from tell tale help i have my free bttf first episode free start up page comes up i type in my email password but it says i dont own the game what gives could someneone please help thanks damien.

It looks like the order for the free episode didn't complete. Can you try going to telltalegames.com/bttf and clicking on the free episode banner?

After you do that you can cancel the new download and login to the game.

I have done several times the registration and change password but always gives me error ...

Your order went through and the game is properly associated with your account. Please make sure you are logging in using the correct email address and password.
