Issue 51485 - Never received a voucher
I pre-ordered the Jurassic Park series. When the delay was announced, I received an email saying I would get a refund and a voucher code.
It's been several months since then, and even though people have been receiving vouchers for over 3 months, and my pre-order was made quite early (February, so I probably should have been one of the first to receive it), I never received any voucher.
I tried contacting you both through the forum, and through email using your customer service (hence the above referenced issue number, 51485, which is the one I received through an automatic reply), but I never received any reply.
Can you please check what is happening?
