looking for an episode of Sonic the hedgehog

I am making a youtube video regarding on Adventures of sonic the hedgehog, and there is one episode I do not have that has a scene that is the finishing touch. I do know that this clip has been seen in various youtube poops, it has robotnik falling into a cliff(and I think he says I hate that hedgehog) anyone know the episode?
