Sam & Max Seasons 1&2 no voice
For some reason, I cannot get the character voices on sam and max.
It appeared on S1 episodes 1 and 2 and season 2 episode 1 that I tested. It was fixed on S3 episode 1. Also voices have worked on monkey island, bttf, puzzle agent and hector. Only the first two seasons of sam and max appear affected. Music can be heard and the sound effects appear fine (at least gunfire is heard). Tried using compatibility-modes and whatnot, but nothing I tried worked. I assume you've already checked the Volume setting for the voice?
One thing you could try is updating your sound driver. |
Well I feel kind of silly now.
I updated the driver from the motherboards support pages and it seems to have fixed the problem. Well thanks for the help anyway, even if it was such a simple problem. |
