Drop the bowling ball from the office window.
But this never works for me. Am I supposed to...
Spray paint the ball first, so when it hits it makes a painty splatter which somehow makes Specs move to clean it up?

Again, nothing is working, but I feel like I'm gettting close. Help!

Have you found the can of spray paint yet? (I can't remember exactly where it is.

Specs is a perfectionist. What would happen if you messed his grafitti up?

Get him to fix another grafitti that you've screwed up then go mess up the graffiti under the window and drop the bowling ball while he's fixing that up.
