Try INSTALLING it under as administrator. It's what I did when I had that problem and it worked for me. Maybe it will work for you too

Mike55 11/16/2011 02:18 pm

How do you do that?

cme550 11/16/2011 02:20 pm

I extracted to My Documents and right clicked on the game file and selected as administrator.

Mike55 11/16/2011 03:33 pm

Didn't work.

cme550 11/16/2011 03:51 pm

I'm sorry it didn't work :( I hope you can find a solution soon

Mike55 11/16/2011 04:20 pm

Thanks i'm really annoyed about this. :/

You are fully extracting the files from the ZIP file before running the installer, correct?

DP:Is it the files in the Compresed Folder?

jsm2501 11/16/2011 04:35 pm

I had the same problem. I figured out that it was downloading from the site to my winzip app. So I removed Winzip from my computer on a temporary basis and let it extract straight to my computer.

It's not actually a folder - it's a zip file. You'll need to fully extract those files before running the installer. You may want to try installing a program called Winrar to do it. It can be downloaded via the link below.

Ok I downloaded it. What should I do next?

You'll need to install Winrar and use it to extract the contents of the zip file. Winrar is fairly straight forward. Typically, you can just right-click the zip file and then click Extract Files.

Winrar itself isn't working well. It is saying that the files are corrupt. I have tried reinstalling it and have gotten the same thing.

If you're having issues installing Winrar itself, I can't offer you any assistance there. I'm not clear on if you're having issues installing it or if Winrar is giving you errors on the Jurassic Park zip file, though. Please clarify.

DP:Ok I did it and the same thing is happening. :/

Mike 11/16/2011 05:46 pm

Please walk me through exactly what you're doing with the zip file you downloaded from us, so I can have a better idea of what's happening.

Mike55 11/16/2011 05:53 pm

TP:I downloaded what was in the four compressed folders. Same thing happened. Only things which didn't install where the localized languages and some mouse controls.
