L&O Help. Episode two will not install.
 

I have purchased episode two but everytime i try to install it says unable to download. what can i do to download this or the multi pack. Also the characters all seem to be invisible, everything else works, but that characters are invisible and whatever they are holding seems to be floating. HELP.......
