Wallace and Gromit DVD shows up as $20 pre-order

I have the W&G series, so clicked to order the DVD. It displays as $0 in store, but then adds to my cart as a $20 pre-order.

help?

I'm not able to reproduce that issue here. Are you certain you're logged in with the account you purchased the series on?

Actually, it looks like you already received a Collector's DVD from us back in 2010. You can only get one free DVD per game, per account.
