issue-57401 (can't get in account)

When I clicked settings it had my join the mailing list. When doing so I am guessing it created me an account. Now I can't get in the account because I never setup a password / Forum name or anything. I want to give you my money but want to use my personal email address (used work for this account).

Reset Password doesn't do anything or at least send me an email. I can't re-register because that email is already used now.

I am looking to by the Almost Everything Pack (plus I am being Walking Dead on PS3 from PSN so my wife can watch).
