I tried to place an order on Saturday and it got stuck in the Processing stage (I paid with PayPal). I e-mailed support immediately, but have not yet received a reply (nor do I see anything lurking in my junk mail folder). Any chance you could complete the order so I can access the games?
That order looks fine from here. Please trying logging out of your account and logging back in. If you're still not seeing download links for your games, please let me know.
Looks like it fixed itself sometime between my post and yours. Looks good on my end now, too. Didn't even have to log out.
