hey how do i save this game with auto saving i mean saving it in middle of progress?

Pretty sure you can't.

The game only takes 2 hours or so to get through do you really need to save outside of the autosave points?

Yeah, sorry, but you can't. The only saving is done via autosave. But it saves in plenty of places, so you don't need to worry. :)

How do I know when the game autosaved?

It will probably freeze for a second, quite annoying. But there will be a little spinning circle at the top right of your screen
