Who do I have to contact about a refund for the Walking Dead?

Episode 2 is unplayable and there has been no update for almost a week about the bugs / error that prevents anyone on a MAC downloading the 2nd episode. I'm fed up with this game and Telltale's total lack of customer service.

Could someone please reply to the email I sent a week ago?

I've addressed this with you multiple times, both via email and PM. I totally get that you're frustrated and I've apologized to you, but I cannot issue a refund on that particular order, for the reasons I've explained to you a few times. Again, I apologize for the frustration.
