Jurassic Park Refund

I bought the Jurassic park game today, 8/19/2012 and it will not install properly. No matter where i try to open it from it will not play. I would like to know if i could get a refund. I do not want this game, it does not work. I just want my money back..

That problem is fixed, now my mouse disappears when i need it, but only on certain scenes. Ive reopened the game yet it still wont be on the screen.
