Games you'd like to see Telltale make
Post here some games you'd like to see Telltale games make - whether it be a new series you've just invented, or a sequel to something (remember - it doesn't actually have to be possible). :)
I'd like to see Telltale make:
|
Zazzle & Fib. An intelligent snake partner must be the single most abusable inventory item an adventurer can wish for. With nothing to hold Telltale back, I foresee some truly hilarious adventures.
|
"It must be hard finding copyrighted character names these days." ;)
200th post. Hooray for pointless achievements! |
Maniac Mansion 3 (new story) or Day of the Tentacle 2 (sequel to Maniac Mansion 2)
|
full throttle 2

Since Fib doesn't have hands, he always needs Zazzle to interact with the world. It would be interesting to have a game where you play a character that knows what's going on and has to manipulate the clueless but powerful Zazzle into doing something that will help him achieve his goals. |
Reminds me of the concept of an Inspector Gadget game that someone once brought up.

Another day of the tentacle would most likey be a let down regardless. I can see it being very difficult to make a sequel to and people wouldn't be happy unless it included most elements from the original. But then people would complain it's just a rehash. No one will be happy in the end.

Maniac Mansion 3: Day of the Tentacle II: Tentacular! : The Musical - is that a good title?
|
Too many colons.

Some type of Zak McKracken Sequel, Can we get a nick bounty telltale game.. please? ;) I can think of many others but I stayed in the lucasarts area.. |

Barney Google (episodic)
(my favorite comic strip series from the 1950s, dunno if its still around or not, but it was gold, the hero was an old about town man named Barney Google, who got into all sorts of mishaps, my favorite of which was the Eli Whitney story) http://home.pon.net/qman/Collectible...rneyGoogle.gif Futurama or The Simpsons (episodic) Telltale is already making games based on two other comics/ TV series. A Lovecraft story of some sort (adventure) |
