I just purchased the walking dead app from the App Store, played the game and loved it! So I made the in app purchase for the rest of the seasons (2-5). The charges have posted to my checking account, however the seasons are not available to play. When I try to select the next season to play it just says "available soon" and I cannot select it...
Please let me know what to do, or at least how to get my money refunded.
You will need to shut down the game application and restart your device. Wait a few minutes for the cache to clear before restarting. Make sure you are logged into the account you used to purchase the Walking Dead, and then re-launch the game. When you do this, you will see a black screen for a few moments. This is normal as an update will need to download. Afterward you should be able to download other episodes from the in-game episodes menu.
